1. Party Leader
- The Party Leader is the overall head and public face of SODELPA.
- Provides political leadership, represents the party nationally and internationally, and leads in parliamentary matters.
- Works closely with the Management Board and General Secretary to ensure the implementation of party policies and strategies.
2. Deputy Party Leader
- Assists the Party Leader in performing leadership duties.
- May act on behalf of the leader in their absence.
- Often responsible for specific portfolios (e.g., policy, outreach, or parliamentary affairs).
3. Party President
- Chairs the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and key executive sessions.
- Provides oversight to ensure party operations follow the Constitution.
- Represents grassroots members and ensures accountability within the leadership.
4. Vice Presidents
- Support the President and represent regional and community interests.
- Often one Vice President represents each major division — Central, Western, Northern, Eastern.
5. General Secretary
- The administrative head of the party.
- Manages day-to-day operations, correspondence, records, membership, and logistics.
- Ensures compliance with the Fijian Elections Office and legal requirements.
- Oversees the party office and election readiness.
6. Treasurer
- Responsible for financial management, reporting, and budgeting.
- Works with auditors and ensures transparent financial operations.
- Oversees fundraising, donor relations, and expenditure tracking.
7. Management Board
- The highest decision-making body between AGMs.
- Composed of senior executives, divisional representatives, youth and women’s wing leaders.
- Approves major decisions, policies, and candidate selection.
- Meets regularly to oversee party activities and progress toward strategic goals.
8. Divisional and Constituency Committees
- Represent the party’s structure at regional and local levels:
- Divisional Committees: Coordinate activities in each division.
- Constituency Committees: Engage with local communities and organize branches.
- Handle membership drives, grassroots mobilization, and local campaigns.
9. Youth Wing (SODELPA Youth)
- Engages young members in political education, leadership, and advocacy.
- Encourages youth participation in decision-making and election campaigns.
10. Women’s Wing (SODELPA Women’s Forum)
- Promotes women’s involvement in leadership and policymaking.
- Organizes empowerment programs, advocacy campaigns, and community projects.
11. Parliamentary Caucus
- Consists of elected Members of Parliament under SODELPA.
- Coordinates the party’s legislative agenda, parliamentary debates, and motions.
- Works under the Party Leader’s guidance.
12. Annual General Meeting (AGM)
- The supreme authority of the party.
- Reviews reports, adopts policies, elects office bearers, and amends the constitution as needed.
